I tried to use the Rollback RX Snapshot Defragmenter Tool. It didn't do anything. I was logged on as a regular user.

RollBack Rx snapshot defragmenter needs to have full access to the hard drive. Therefore, you must logon to Windows using an Account an account with Administrator privileges. Make sure you log on as an Administrator and run the snapshot defragmenter.
