Error: "InitProtectSysData FAILED" when trying to open RollBack Rx Application Console

Reason: When trying to open RollBack Rx Application Console,the Application Console connects to a COM object and the COM object connects the RollBack Rx kernel drivers to get the snapshots' information. You get this error message if the kernel driver is not responding. It could be the driver is not fully initialized. Solution: A simple reboot of the PC should resolve this issue.
