# How to setup TeamViewer Quick Support

## A guide on how to setup remote control when requested by the Support Team

Security Warning: Before granting remote access, verify you are speaking directly with an authorized Horizon DataSys support team member.

To resolve certain technical issues, the Support Team may ask you to install TeamViewer Quick Support so they can quickly remote in and take control of your PC.

To do this

(1) Go the link below:  [https://get.teamviewer.com/bpbsn9d](https://get.teamviewer.com/bpbsn9d)

(2) The website below will open and automatically download TeamViewer Quick Support

(3) click the downloaded file (TeamviewerQS.exe) 

(4) click Yes on the UAC prompt below

(5) check to accept the TeamViewer EULA and click Continue

(6) click Accept on the Disclaimer

(7) The popup window below should open. Provide both the Your  ID and password to the support representative
