# What are the minimum system requirements to install Reboot Restore & RollBack Rx

## applies to Reboot Restore Enterprise/Standard/Pro & RollBack Rx Pro/Server

Here are the minimum system requirements to install Reboot Restore & RollBack Rx

**Client software**

- 2nd Gen Intel Core or AMD Equivalent Processor (x86 or x64 Architecture Only)
- Microsoft® Windows 11  & 10
- 4GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
- at least 20GB of free disk space for installation
- Other important settings to review prior to installing the Client 
    - Check your BIOS - Secure Boot must be disabled
    - Set in Boot Configuration to Enable Microsoft UEFI CA 
          - For Windows 11, UEFI BIOS is officially required by Microsoft
- Additionally, you must have a working internet connection to activate the program over an Internet connection

**Endpoint Manager**

- 2nd Gen Intel Core or AMD Equivalent Processor (x86 or x64 Architecture Only)
- Windows 11/10/7 or Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022)
- 4GB of RAM (8 GB recommended)
- Network connection

**FAQS**

 (1) Do you support ARM-based processor (Qualcomm, etc.) Windows PCs?  
*- No, we're currently not compatible with ARM-based PCs even if they have Windows 11/10 installed*

(2) Do you have a MacOS (Apple PCs)version?  
*- No, we're not compatible MacOS or IOS*

(3) Do you have a Linux version?   
*- No, we don't have a Linux version*

(4) Do you have a Chromebook/Android version?  
*- No, we don't have support for Chrome OS or Android tablets*

(5) Do you support SSDs/NVME drives  
*- Yes, we're compatible with SSD/NVME drives*
