Where do I find the RollBack Rx Log Files?

applies to RollBack Rx Pro & RollBack Server Edition

When we need to troubleshoot issues with a RollBack Rx installation, you may be asked to gather and send log files, 

Please find the following files and folder and attach them to your support ticket.

- open File Explorer. Navigate to the folders below

For 64-bit systems: C:\Program Files\Shield
For 32-bit systems: C:\Program Files(x86)\Shield


Files to collect: 

- setup.log
- subconsole.log
- 128.dat
- shield.dat or shield.dat.bak
- The Trace folder (if it exists)


Tip: We recommend compressing the files into a single .zip file before attaching them to your ticket.
