Occasionally some users will download Reboot Restore Rx, but when they go to run it they get a notification from Windows asking them to choose a program to open Reboot Restore Rx with.

This is an issue when downloading Reboot Restore Rx through Internet Explorer, as this particular web browser removes the '.exe' extension from the file during the download.

To fix this, you'll need to rename the downloaded file. Right-click the file labelled 'RebootRestoreRx' and change it to 'RebootRestoreRx.exe'.

Once this is done, run the newly named application and the installation wizard for Reboot Restore Rx will start.

To avoid this issue in the future users can also use an alternate web browser to download the program such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
