Where do I find the Drive Vaccine/Reboot Restore Rx Professional log files?

In order to resolve certain technical issues with the installation process or otherwise, it is sometimes necessary to retrieve 'log files' of Drive Vaccine, known as Reboot Restore Rx Professional since Oct. 17, 2016.
After you log into Windows, please collect the following four files from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Shield [32-bit machine]
C:\Program Files\Shield [64-bit machine]
and attach them in your Support ticket:
FYI: It is strongly recommended to compress the four log files before attaching it to your support ticket.
