Is RollBack Rx compatible with Windows System Restore?

Yes, but...

If you have RollBack Rx, Windows System Restore is unnecessary. Windows System Restore only protects certain Operating System files and Windows registry. RollBack Rx protects everything including system, data, registry and settings. And also has multiple snapshots (restore points), to restore to.

Reference

System Restore, is a Windows OS feature, is similar to the "Last Known Good Configuration" in Windows XP and up. You can use System Restore to restore the computer to a previous state, using the backups that it makes of selected system files and program files. Unlike the "Last Known Good Configuration" feature, System Restore maintains multiple restore points. This gives you the choice of restoring your computer to any number of previously saved states.
