Where do I find the Reboot Restore Rx Pro log files?

In order to resolve certain technical issues with the installation process or otherwise, it is sometimes necessary to retrieve log files for Reboot Restore Rx Pro

In Windows, open File Explorer and navigate to the folder(s) below

Collect the following files from:

C:\Program Files\Shield [64-bit machine]

    OR

C:\Program Files (x86)
\Shield [32-bit machine]

and attach them in your Support ticket:

- Trace folder (if available) 
- setup.log
- subconsole.log
- 128.dat
- shield.dat or shield.dat.bak

FYI: Please compress the log files together before attaching them to your support ticket.
