Microsoft is now slowly rolling out Windows 11 release 22H2 feature update for general release.

This is a major feature update for Windows 11 which has now switched to an annual update cadence as compared to the bi-annual update during Windows 10

This is not an automatic Windows update but will be offered to you once available to download

This update does require access to the boot sector to install successfully.

This is just a soft reminder to make sure to set RollBack Rx Pro v12 and Reboot Restore Rx Pro v12 accordingly to allow these updates.

For RollBack Rx Pro
- go to Settings (Gear Icon)
- go to Advanced Settings
- make sure that "allow install of Windows Updates that cannot be rolled back" is checked and Apply

WARNING: You will lose your snapshot history and RollBack Rx will create a new installation snapshot once the updates are done

For Reboot Restore Rx Pro

- go to Settings (Gear Icon)
- go to Program Settings
- make sure that "allow install of Windows Updates that cannot be rolled back" is checked and Apply

WARNING: The LGK and Original Baseline will be deleted and it will set a new original baseline once the updates are done

For best practices, always back up any important data off the PC before doing your updates.
Do not interrupt or manually power down the PCs during the updates as any interruption can render the PC unbootable.
