Reboot Restore Rx Enterprise & Standard Version 13.1: Key Features and Enhancements

applies to Reboot Restore Enterprise & Standard version 13.1 release

Version 13.1 of Reboot Restore Rx Enterprise and Standard brings significant updates focused on improving the administrator experience, streamlining client management, and offering greater precision in update scheduling.

  • Automatically disable BitLocker on a BitLocker-protected PC during a Typical Setup. Reboot Restore is not compatible with Bitlocker fully or partially enabled, so it would have to be disabled first before setup. The new release now gives an option during typical setup to disable Bitlocker. If opted in, it will run the disable command via command prompt, show the Bitlocker Control Panel and start decrypting the protected drive. You will need reboot once and re-run setup.exe after decryption is finished.
