Prior to transferring the software(i.e RollBack Rx, Drive Vaccine or Drive Cloner) onto a new system - please uninstall the software solution from the old system in order to release the license to the license server. After the un-installation, the software can be re-used onto the new system using the same Product ID
These software solutions uses the hard drive's serial number as the unique identifier for a client registration. If the software has not been uninstalled from the old system, the software installer will think that this is a new activation.
If the old machine's hard drive have unexpectedly crashed and you could not uninstall the software :
Please send your Product ID along with the email address used during the purchase to our support desk by submitting a ticket and we will reset the Product ID for the software.
